I bought a very sweet little chicken because it's Easter soon with a miniature palm tree on his back but from the moment I walked through the door with it, Jemima started plotting how to get a nibble in. She sat for about half an hour plotting and scheming and when she thought I wasn't watching, she started munching the plant. She has always loved eating flowers, especially roses and I had forgotten that she also loves these mini palms. I have now placed the plant on the very top shelf where she cannot reach it. Naughty girl!
